1. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including apartment numbers, if applicable) and a valid phone number at the time of checkout.

Dragon Toy Store is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or delivered to the wrong location due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We ship globally with the following estimated timeframes:

USA, Canada, Australia, & Most European Countries: 2 to 4 weeks.

South America & Eastern Europe: Shipping may take longer due to distance and regional logistics.
Note: These are estimates only. Delivery times may be extended during peak holiday seasons, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen customs delays.
3. ORDER TRACKING & 45-DAY PROTECTION
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

We will investigate the status with the carrier and provide a solution (reshipment or refund) based on the situation.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

5. FAILED CLEARANCE & REFUSAL OF TAXES
If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs because the buyer:

Failed to cooperate with local customs for clearance, No refund will be issued. Please ensure you are aware of your local import regulations before ordering.
