Are your cards authentic? Are there any resealed packs?

We strictly guarantee that all trading card products (Booster Boxes, Packs) are 100% official and factory-sealed. We have a zero-tolerance policy for resealed packs, counterfeit cards, or "weighed" packs. All stocks are sourced from reputable channels to ensure a fair pull rate for every collector.

Will my figure or card get damaged during international shipping? How do you pack?

We understand the importance of "Mint Box" condition for collectors. All orders are packed using 5-layer reinforced cardboard boxes with ample bubble wrap or air cushions to ensure safety during long-distance transit.

How long does shipping take to the US/Europe?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.
For large item, we send by sea shipping which may take 4-8 weeks.

What if my package is lost during transit?

We take full responsibility for your order. If a package is confirmed lost during transit, we provide a Full Refund or a Free Reshipment.

Will I have to pay import duties?
