REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Dragon Toy Store, we value your business and aim to provide the best service possible. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully.

1. LOST PACKAGES If your order is lost during transit (e.g., tracking information has not updated for a significant period or the carrier confirms loss), we offer:

• Reshipment: We will ship a replacement of your order at no additional cost.

• Full Refund: We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. 14-DAY RETURNS (UNOPENED ITEMS) You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

• Conditions: The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Return Shipping: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

3. QUALITY ISSUES & DAMAGES If your item arrives damaged or has quality defects:

• Evidence Required: You must contact us at yjym2021@hotmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with detailed photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.

• Solutions: Once verified, we will offer:
  Partial or Full Refund
  Replacement Parts (if applicable)
  Full Replacement of the product.

4. TRADING CARD PRODUCTS (NON-RETURNABLE) Due to the unique nature of the product and market volatility, all sales of Trading Card products are FINAL. * Once the package is signed for or delivered, we do NOT accept any returns or refunds for trading card items. * Please inspect the package carefully before signing for the delivery.

5. REFUND PROCESS Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
